The Pipeline is 438km long and is a critical asset for the transfer of natural gas to Brisbane and various other regional areas

Scope of Works:  
Excavation and repair works carried out working on, and adjacent to an ageing high-pressure gas steel pipeline in various locations between Toowoomba and Brisbane.

Project highlights:  
Challenges included;
Variable ground conditions including steep slopes and hard rock.
Working in city and remote locations – requiring vehicle and traffic control in the urban areas, and requiring specific logistical planning in the remote country.
Very high standard site restoration was achieved, with creek crossing sites effectively managed and restored to pre-existing condition, and compliance with sensitive farming area requirements.
